The brain­child of Walt Good, who is con­sid­ered by many to be a found­ing fa­ther of model avi­a­tion, the Rud­der Bug was one of the ear­li­est mod­els de­signed strictly for RC pat­tern fly­ing. It was so suc­cess­ful that it was later kit­ted by Berke­ley Mod­els as the “Royal Rud­der Bug.”
