Perry spent considerable time in 2018 aligning the New Jersey health system’s strategic and financial priorities. She led efforts to forge a collaboration with MedExpress to add urgent-care centers and other healthcare access points. And she was the key executive on the Health Transformation Consortium, which aims to bring employees of multiple New Jersey health systems together under one insurance plan in an effort to reduce administrative costs. Perry also worked to promote female executives at Atlantic Health hospitals, including two presidents and a systemwide female chief medical officer.
