VP OF PATIENT CARE: M-F/8-5/40hr.wk. Oversee activities re.: patient services; oversight of financial reporting & patient service functions per CureMD & RCC; ensure compliance with all state/federal regs. re.: private health care facilities; manage staff re. timely/quality performance & ensure performance of duties in compliance w/ corp. policies & goals, reg. req. & QC standards; assess latest industry tech. & equip. upgrades (EMR software & billing (CureMD), fluoroscopy advancements w/ Hologic); utilize ApplicantPro, CureMD (EMR), Microsoft Teams, Server Database integrity (incl. patient imaging records), Zentek, QuickBooks & SharePoint; Acting Radiation Safety Officer for on-site x-ray facility; monitor yearly State x-ray record reqs.; hold yearly RPC (radiation protocol committee) w/ radiation physicist; oversee & ensure completion of yearly x-ray performance evaluations on all digital & mini c-arm units; ensure x-ray hardware & software updates are performed; perform dark noise procedure evaluations; perform phantom evaluations; direct & develop bus. ops.; strategic bus. development; identify opportunities & optimize revenue streams; oversee & manage daily operations & office staff; manage office systems for new & existing patients; manage inventory & supplies; work w/ vendors for purchases & orders; formulate corp. policies, procedures & objectives; direct & coordinate financial & budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments & increase efficiency; plan use of personnel to maximize profits; fiscal mgmt., incl. review & approval of budgets, bank transactions & corp. expenditures; risk mitigation & compliance; interact & negotiate w/ suppliers/contractors; monitor competitor business activities; identify product trends; hire & fire staff members & provide ongoing training.
