Monterey County Gives! Boosts Year-End Giving
‘Tis the season of giving, and Monterey County Gives! has become a yearend tradition, offering a simple way to give back. Individuals, families, and businesses can participate in this year-end giving campaign featuring 202 participating local nonprofits. Simply visit montereycountygives.com to browse the organizations and donate online. You can support multiple organizations with a single gift.
Giving categories include Animals; Arts & Culture; Community & Social Services; Education &Youth, Environment & Sustainability, and Health, Wellness & Food. Contributions made between November 10 and December 31, 2022 give your selected nonprofits 100% of your donation plus a partial match. Gifts of appreciated stocks and IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions are also popular.

Community Foundation for Monterey County (CFMC). “Gives! really helps generate impact.”
Gives! is a special project of the CFMC, Monterey County Weekly and the Monterey Peninsula Foundation supported by the Gunde & Ernie Posey Family Foundation, Neumeier Poma Investment Counsel, Cannery Row Company, David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and the Colburn and Alana Jones Fund of the CFMC. Gives! has raised and granted more than $45 million to hundreds of Monterey County nonprofits.
