INDY CYLINDER HEAD 2018 CHRYSLER PERFORMANCE SHOW AND SWAP MEET
Indy Cylinder Head 2018 Chrysler Performance Show and Swap Meet
Swap meets, to any car enthusiast, are cool for lots of reasons. Maybe you find that one-year-only bracket or gauge, or other item you really need that no one makes anymore. Or you see some price on something that seems unbelievable, or you just find something you weren’t really looking for but realize you need. During the winter months in most parts of the country, however, the weather may not be kind enough to attend an outdoor swap meet.
Well, Indy Cylinder Head has come up with a great solution. Each year, typically in the beginning of March, they put on a huge indoor Mopar Swap Meet held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds (in Indianapolis) in a building about the size of a Home Depot. We attended this year’s event, and the temperature inside the venue seemed to be around 70 degrees F, and most all of the floor space was organized with row after row of Mopar parts, either used or new.
The enormous amount of Mopar parts included original body parts — trim, interior, suspension, engine, and more. For new products, we saw endless amounts of restoration products from a variety of Mopar vendors. We also found plenty of performance engine parts such as intakes, cylinder heads, complete engines, transmissions, and more.
Besides the many parts, some Mopar performance cars were also for sale. All in all, it was a great day and we’d strongly recommend attending next year’s Indy Cylinder Head Swap Meet. Check out what we found.

This black Coronet featured a Hemi powerplant, and the blue interior with a bench seat drew a crowd. We especially liked the wheels.
