It’s designed to build you up and give you self- esteem and self- confidence.

Yeah, I’m talking to you. On Dec. 28, 29 and 30, Doctor Joneil Conley of Alma will be hosting an online BOLD program designed to help young girls ages 10-to-18 find joy, selfconfidence, self- esteem and much, much more.

This virtual BOLD program runs from noon to 2 p.m. on Dec. 28-30 and will be hosted by certified BOLD facilitators Joneil Conley, Brenda Florida and Emily Montforton Stanley. Each facilitator has undergone extensive training and in all there are only 20 certified BOLD facilitators in the United

States.

The program as a whole is developed by coaches, educators and psychologists with the input of women and girls and designed to leave a lasting imprint on the lives of young girls and women. Moreover, the mission is to help girls feel strong, confident and powerful all while helping create a generation of young women who are ready to stand tall, use their voices and go after their dreams.

Cost for the three- day program is $149 and registration for the program is available here — https://bit.ly/34cw8ca

The three- day program is designed to increase confidence, self- esteem and empower young girls in the areas of:

• Social Media

• Cultivating joy and creating amazing friendships

• Style

• Mindset Speaking up and using your voice

• There will also be a discount offered for siblings.

For Conley the program is an extension of what she loves to do, which helping people. As a Registered Nurse Conley has spent her life helping people, yet it goes beyond that in that she is a graduate of COACHU and has a practice for people who have been bullied. As a certified BOLD facilitator she helps girls and woman overcome the diet culture and learn how to appreciate their bodies. In short, she helps young woman learn to love themselves.

“I want to help ( young girls and women) find their path with confidence and self- esteem,” said Conley, who’s the creator or the Meanness Matrix, a tool that helps to resist and recover from the impact of negative people and experiences. “It’s designed to have a maximum impact.”
