‘An Officer and a Gentleman’ flies into Midland Center

The musical based on the hit movie “An Officer and a Gentleman” will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 26, at the Midland Center for the Arts. The story of a U.S. Naval officer, his drill instructor and a local woman, the show was adapted by Tony Awards nominee Dick Scanlan (“Thoroughly Modern Millie”), based on the original screenplay by Douglas Day Stewart.
