HAGGART, GARY STANLEY, age 66, of Rosebush, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at University of Michigan Hospital. Funeral Services for Gary will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Alan terment will take place at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A luncheon tions Reception Center following the burial. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, January 24. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel. Gary was born October 12, 1955, the son of Maxie and Joyce (Cleveland) Haggart. He graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School with the class of 1973. Following graduation, Gary served his country in the U.S. Army. He owned and operated Haggart Plumbing and Heating for many years and loved his farming. Gary liked taking care of his customers. He ing around the countrysid­e with Amy looking at his crops. When he wasn’t busy with those hobbies, he loved being a “papa”. Gary is survived by his mother, Joyce Haggart of Grand Ledge; lifetime partner, Amy Touchtone of Rosebush; stepchildr­en, Christophe­r (Katherine) Back of Tucson, AZ, Sieira Back of Novi, Gayla Richmond of Mt. Pleasant, Carissa (Tracy) Bravo of Lakeland, GA, Tanner Touchtone of Mt. Pleasant, Sawyer Touchtone of Mt. Pleasant; 15 grandchild­ren; brother Brian Haggart of Rosebush; sisters Maxine (Robert) Dick of Grand Ledge, Kim (John) Hovey of Rosebush; his fur princess Annabelle Jingle Haggart; extra special friends Dan and Karen Schaffer of Auburn; and many nieces and nephews. Gary was preceded in death by his father Maxie Haggart; stepfather Virgil “Jake” Haggart; sister Cindy Haggart; and nephew Elijah Rathburn.
