MONSTER MOM CASEY LIED ABOUT CAYLEE’S MURDER!
SUIT AGAINST ANTHONY SPELLS OUT ‘UNDISPUTED FACTS
IN A desperate bid to save her own skin, America’s most hated mom Casey Anthony repeatedly lied under oath about her daughter’s murder!
That’s the blockbuster claim made in new legal documents — seen exclusively by The
National ENQUIRER
— filed by the meter reader who discovered little
Caylee Anthony’s body!
The court papers expose Casey’s barefaced lies and her legal team’s attempt to smear Roy Kronk, who found Caylee’s remains, as the likely suspect in her murder!
In the documents, Roy claims Casey, 32, lied to police about two-year-old Caylee’s disappearance from the first time she was interviewed — and continued to lie for years, including in court depositions! The new papers — filed in October as part of Roy’s ongoing defamation suit against Casey — lay out a list of what’s described as “undisputed facts.”
According to the papers, those “undisputed facts” include:
*“Defendant [Casey
Anthony] admitted that she ‘accused others of kidnapping Caylee Marie Anthony.’ *“[Casey] never believed that Plaintiff [Roy Kronk] killed Defendant’s daughter. *“[Casey] knew that her criminal defense attorneys were talking to the press while representing Defendant. *“[Casey] knew that defamatory statements made to the press alleging that a person murdered a child would injure that person’s reputation, employment, and safety in public due to death threats.”
The papers also cite information from former private investigator Dominic Casey, who had worked on Casey’s team but later flipped. Dominic claimed the defense team’s efforts to disparage Roy “were not made to prepare for Defendant’s criminal trial. They were made to influence the potential jury pool, and to protect Defendant’s reputation,” according to Roy’s suit. Casey’s mother, Cindy Anthony, reported Caylee missing in a 911 call on July 15, 2008, saying she hadn’t seen the toddler for 31 days. In the call, a panicked Cindy wailed: “There is something wrong. I found my daughter’s car today and it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car.”
After that, monster mom Casey lied to detectives, claiming Caylee had been kidnapped by a nanny on
June 9.
Casey was charged with first-degree murder in October 2008 and pleaded not guilty. Caylee’s badly decomposed remains weren’t discovered until Dec. 11, when Roy uncovered her skull in a swampy area just blocks from the Anthony family’s home in Orlando, Fla.
After a high-profile trial in 2011, a jury found Casey not guilty of first-degree murder but guilty of four misdemeanor counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer.
Casey later admitted in a press interview that she lied to police about being employed at a theme park, the identity and apartment of Caylee’s nanny, and even a call she claimed to have received from her child before she went missing.
The retired judge who presided over
Casey’s trial has
said he believes she “may” have accidentally killed her daughter with chloroform. Although many still point the finger at Casey, her defense team, led by attorney Jose Baez, insisted Caylee drowned in the family’s pool — and the tot’s body was hidden by her grandfather, George Anthony! Casey also implied her father, George, a former police officer, got away with killing Caylee because “cops believe other cops.” He has denied any involvement in Caylee’s death. Sources said Casey was flooded with letters from male admirers while she was in prison and planned to pick “the wealthiest” to settle down with.
After being released in
2011, Casey unsuccessfully tried to launch a photography business. More recently, she’s been bar-hopping and hooking up with several men in Florida, sources told The ENQUIRER. She also told a friend she’s “open” to the idea of starting a family again.
George, who’s vowed never to speak to her again, said: “Knowing now that she could potentially be a mom again, I hope she does better this time around than what she did last time.”
