face over a parking spot!

Marital troubles seem to run in the Baldwin family, as Alec's born-again brother Stephen has been busted in the midst of a sleazy two-year affair with married Venezuelan masseuse Ruth Perez Anselmi, 39.
The 52-year-old B-list actor was caught in a loving embrace with the mother of two and has been seen leaving her posh L.A. apartment more than once.
A friend revealed Stephen, who married his wife Kennya in 1990 and often talks about the strength of their marriage, received massages from Ruth a few times, but “things quickly turned sexual!”
Sources reported Stephen regularly visits Ruth on his trips to Los Angeles.
