SCHOOLWORK SUFFERS!

OVERWEIGHT children are less likely to perform well at school. Obese kids tend to not finish their homework and are not as engaged in their schoolwork, according to a new Brown University study. The extra weight can also affect their attitudes and ability to develop healthy relationsh­ips. Researcher­s have called on schools and healthcare providers to target obesity as an issue to improve children’s behaviors and well-being.
