KATHIE LEE GIFFORD seems smitten with her new beau — but friends are urging the lovestruck star to dig deeper into her man’s past after learning he’s had two bitter divorces, sources snitched.
The former “Today” co-host appeared head over heels as she wrapped her arms around Randy Cronk during a concert in Franklin, Tenn.
But a National ENQUIRER investigation revealed the insurance agent, 56, has two ex-wives — including one who cited “inappropriate marital conduct” as the reason for their split!
In 2010, Lisa Ann Beard called off her 19-year marriage with Randy.
Seven years later, second wife Mary Louise Lockhart filed to dissolve their union, citing irreconcilable differences. Given Randy’s wrecked romances, pals are warning the widow, who did not respond to our request for comment, not to be blinded by love — even though she’s been single since hubby Frank’s 2015 death. “Everybody is happy she wants to move on, but her inner circle is very protective of her,” said an insider.
“You can be sure they’ll be going through his past with a fine-toothed comb. The divorces don’t put Randy in the greatest light — but it’s a good thing Kathie Lee is such a forgiving person.”
