IN TELLTALE signs of a miracle pregnancy, 47-year-old Cameron Diaz looks like she has a baby on board!
The “Something About
Mary” star is giving off a “certain glow” when she’s out in L.A. with rock star hubby Benji Madden, according to sources close to the couple. “Cameron’s absolutely radiant! She can’t stop touching her tummy and could be hiding a growing baby bump,” snitched an insider. The “Bad Teacher” actress — who hasn’t made a movie since 2014 — has been trying to get in the family way since shortly after the couple’s 2015 wedding, sources said.
“They tried the oldfashioned way, but it just wasn’t happening,” said the insider.
Although the struggle led to tough times, Cameron and 40-year-old Benji never gave up hope, according to pals. “Eventually, they did their homework and figured it would be a good idea to go the IVF route, especially given Cameron’s age,” added the source.
Now, as The National ENQUIRER recently reported, Cameron is completing renovations on a “family wing” at the couple’s Beverly Hills home.
“Cameron’s in total nesting mode,” a source said. “She’s stocking up on baby clothes and she’s even bought a copy of ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting.’ If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is.” Sources said Cameron, who didn’t respond to a request for comment, is so committed to motherhood that she’s also sought the advice of her closest girlfriends on how to be the best mom.
“Cameron’s getting pointers from friends like Drew Barrymore and her sister-inlaw Nicole Richie,” the insider snitched. “She’s hinting that after years of trying, her dream of starting a family with Benji may finally be coming true.”
