SPACEY ACCUSER DIES BEFORE TRIAL! ENQUIRER EXCLUSIVE
ASECOND whistleblower set to expose Kevin Spacey as a sexual predator has died under mysterious circumstances!
The National ENQUIRER can reveal a massage therapist suing Spacey for molesting him passed away just weeks before trial preparation was to begin.
“My brother will do anything to fulfill his sexual appetite — and he will do anything to get away with it!” the two-time Oscar winner’s brother, Randy Fowler, told The ENQUIRER. “I bet he’s jumping for joy knowing this person has died — and it’s not right!” The masseur, known only as “John Doe,” filed the lawsuit in a California federal court in September 2018 accusing the “Usual Suspects” star of twice grabbing his genitals during a rubdown three years ago. The accuser’s lawyer, Genie Harrison, blasted Spacey’s team for filing the death notice, saying: “Mr. Doe recently died. His untimely death was, to his family, a devastating shock that they are struggling to process. “Spacey ignored our request for compassion and filed the notice before his funeral without our consent.”
Now Doe’s estate plans to continue the legal battle, but his death severely jeopardizes the case, said renowned celebrity attorney Peter Gleason. “It’s going to make it much more difficult to win the case because ‘dead men can’t tell the truth,’ ” Gleason told The ENQUIRER. “The case has to be reconstructed by the plaintiff’s attorney, which is quite difficult.” The accuser’s death comes four months after The ENQUIRER exclusively reported on a bizarre accident that claimed the life of Linda Culkin. She’d launched an online campaign to expose alleged sex fiend Spacey years before he was publicly outed. Whistle-blower Linda, 59, was walking home when she was mowed down by a Toyota as she stepped into a busy intersection in Quincy, Mass. The driver remained on the scene.
Her cousin Cindy Gottlieb branded Linda’s death suspicious because she “was one of the first to accuse Kevin Spacey of attacking young men.” Spacey, 60, was also accused of indecent assault and battery of an 18-year-old man in a Nantucket, Mass., bar. Those charges were recently dropped. Spacey, who has maintained his innocence, is still being investigated for sexual abuse in Los Angeles and London. He did not respond to a request for a comment.
