SMUG Felicity Huffman is patting herself on the back for skating through a 14-day sentence at a cushy California prison — while fellow actress

Lori Loughlin frantically scrambles for a plea deal to avoid hard time for her alleged role in the college bribery scandal, insiders dished.

“Felicity is full of herself for pleading guilty and boasting she got a wrist slap for paying $15,000 to have a fixer boost her daughter’s SAT scores,” a source close to the “Desperate Housewives” star exclusively told The National ENQUIRER.

Industry spies said Felicity is telling pals she warned the “Full House” actress to follow her lead when the scandal broke in May and is tauntingly saying if Lori had taken her advice, she would now be free, too!

But stubborn Lori, 55, and husband Mossimo Giannulli, 56, decided to fight the charges. They now face sentences of up to 40 years if convicted after being accused of giving a half million bucks to a phony charity to get daughters Isabella,

21, and Olivia, 20, into the University of Southern California as crew team recruits — even though neither student had ever picked up an oar.

Now authorities have tacked on additional federal bribery charges, which could land Lori and Mossimo five more years behind bars apiece if convicted, and insiders said Lori is in full-on panic mode.

“She wants out now before she goes to trial and is terrified she will rot for decades in a federal penitentiary!” said the source.

Tattlers claimed Lori fears judges will want to make an example out of her and her husband.

“Lori is petrified Felicity’s easy ride will make her situation even worse!” an insider snitched. “And Felicity’s ‘I dodged a bullet’ attitude hasn’t made her feel any better!”

Now moles said Lori is looking to get her own lawyer and may even testify against her husband to lessen her own potential sentence.

“Felicity is offering a big ‘I told you so’ attitude when anybody brings up Lori’s dire situation,” a source confided.

“She just says that Lori should have listened to her advice from the beginning.”
