CHRISSY METZ’S disastrous love life has friends fearing she may never find Mr. Right and that her worst fear will come true — that she’ll die alone! Insiders said the heavyweight star is wracked with frustration and insecurity after going through a revolving door of brief romances. “Chrissy has worked so hard to build up her self-esteem over the years but it’s no secret she’s lonely and struggling of late,” an insider told The National ENQUIRER. “It’s been one disappointment after another!”
The “This Is Us” star, 39, met now ex-hubby Martyn Eaden online in 2006 and the two were married for seven years before calling it quits in 2015. In 2016, she started dating former “This Is Us” camera technician Josh Stancil, but by 2018 she announced she was “dating myself.”
She briefly rebounded with composer Hal Rosenfeld, and now insiders have concerns over her current romance with an unnamed mystery man she met online!
“He had messaged a couple of times, very sweet but not obnoxious or weird,” Chrissy said. “And then I was like, ‘Let me see if he’s cute. Oh, he’s cute!’ … And then we just sort of hit it off.”
“She wants so much to share her journey with the right person, but for some reason it hasn’t been happening for her,” the insider added.
“Her worst fear is to die alone!”
