THESE PIX WILL SEND LYING LORI UP THE RIVER!
DAUGHTERS WERE PRETENDING TO BE ON ROWING TEAM!
DAMNING photos that could put Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli behind bars for decades have been released by federal prosecutors!
The shocking snaps show the couple’s daughters, Isabella Rose, 21, and Olivia Jade, 20, posing on rowing machines, allegedly to create phony athletic profiles and pave their way into the University of Southern California on crew scholarships — even though neither had ever competed in the sport.
“These should drive the final nails into Lori and Mossimo’s defense,” said renowned criminal defense attorney Peter Gleason, who is not connected to the case.
“They’re so obviously fake. It’s comical they thought they could get away with it.”
The disgraced “Fuller
House” star and her fashion designer husband — who have both pleaded not guilty — are accused of paying half a million bucks to admitted fixer Rick Singer to scam their daughters into school in the college admission bribery case and face up to 45 years behind bars if convicted.
The photos were released by prosecutors on April 8 in response to claims by the couple’s lawyers that the government was withholding evidence proving the pair believed the money they gave Singer was not a bribe but a donation for his charity and the university. In addition to the photos, the feds released 387 pages of correspondence between Singer, his associates and the couple, which authorities said included requests for the pics as part of the alleged plan to get the girls into the school through what the fixer called “the side door.”
In a 2016 email, Singer told the couple he would create a portfolio for Isabella and wrote: “It would probably help to get a picture with her on an ERG [rowing machine] in workout clothes like a real athlete.”
Court documents claimed Mossimo then emailed a photo of his daughter on the machine, and after she was accepted into the university, authorities alleged he sent an email to an unidentified person, writing: “Good news my daughter is in SC ... bad is I had to work the system.”
“The combination of those exchanges and the damning photos destroys any plausible deniability,” Gleason said.
However, sources close to Lori pointed out the rowing photos of Olivia and Isabella were not included in their USC applications. The tipsters also noted Singer’s foundation was registered as a legitimate tax-exempt organization in the U.S. One source called Singer a “con man” who had duped parents trying to “help” their kids get into college.
