FAT MAKES BRAIN LOSE FOCUS!
FATTY foods can affect your ability to concentrate. A new study has found eating just one meal high in saturated fat can lead to a loss of focus. The study compared how 51 women fared on a test of their attention after eating either a meal high in saturated fat or the same meal made with sunflower oil, which is high in unsaturated fat. Their performance was worse after eating the high-saturated fat meal, researchers at The Ohio State University found.
