FAT MAKES BRAIN LOSE FOCUS!

FATTY foods can affect your ability to concentrat­e. A new study has found eating just one meal high in saturated fat can lead to a loss of focus. The study compared how 51 women fared on a test of their attention after eating either a meal high in saturated fat or the same meal made with sunflower oil, which is high in unsaturate­d fat. Their performanc­e was worse after eating the high-saturated fat meal, researcher­s at The Ohio State University found.
