Dianne Hyler beat her carrottopped teen with a dog leash and chipped the adopted 14-year-old’s teeth with pliers — because she didn’t like redheads, Florida investigators said.

Hyler, 47, also abused three other adopted children — but not as severely, according to cops.

Court documents outline the at a church daycare center, allegedly heaped upon the teen, which included starvation, beatings with a chain leash and forcing him to be hosed down naked in the backyard. Authorities also alleged,

“Hyler would use kitchen knives to create small lacerations all over [the teen’s] upper torso.” She’s facing one felony count of aggravated child abuse.
