In legal papers, Heather Holt claimed the "Sex and the City" actress failed to "adequately compensate" her for overtime while managing one of the star's shoe boutiques In the Big Apple.
"Ms. Holt was an excellent employee and dedicated herself to her job, sometimes working over 50 hours a week," her lawyer, Lawrence Spasojevich, told The National ENQUIRER. Heather is suing the actress, her business partner and their company, SJAG, for "unpaid wages, liquidated damages, and damages," he added. Sarah, 55, owns two shoe boutiques in Manhattan, but working for her is no walk in Central Park, according to sources. "As a boss, Sarah Jessica really cracks the whip," spilled an insider.
