PIERCE PAINTING IN PARADISE!

-

THE coronavirus pandemic has given former 007 star Pierce Brosnan a “license to paint.” Insiders said the classically trained 67-year-old has been painting nonstop while in quarantine with wife Keely

Shaye Smith, 56, and their sons Dylan, 23, and Paris, 19, at their sprawling estate in Kauai, Hawaii. “Pierce is very talented,” dished a source. “Two years ago, his painting of his idol Bob Dylan sold at auction for $1.4 million — which he donated to charity!”

The Irish actor — who played James Bond in four films — has completed six new canvases this year and hopes to create even more, insiders snitched.

“When he’s in Hawaii, Pierce will paint all day while sitting by the sea,” a source said. “He’ll take a glass of iced tea, his easel and brushes, sit under a tree on his property and paint to relax.”

The star, who did not respond to a request for comment, has completed dozens of paintings and been compared to legendary artists Henri Matisse and Pablo Picasso.

“Pierce really doesn’t paint for the money,” snitched the insider. “But spending these past few months on a beautiful island with your family, creating art that could bring in several hundred thousand dollars isn’t too bad a deal!”
