JEREMY RENNER’S ex-wife has accused the “Avengers” star of being a deadbeat dad — demanding $500,000 in back child support and an extra $100,000 for expenses!
Sonni Pacheco dropped the bombshell in their custody battle over seven-yearold daughter Ava — after previously accusing Jeremy of drug abuse and womanizing. In court documents, she claimed the 49-year-old “Hurt Locker” hunk “retaliated against me by withholding and refusing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in child support that he was ordered to pay me by April 1, 2020.” Sonni, 29, added she’s been forced “to pay for Ava’s housing and expenses to maintain her lifestyle without Jeremy’s additional support.” In her legal filing, the model/ sculptor also claimed the legal battle left her struggling financially. “I have been scraping by due to all my funds going to pay attorney fees in connection with ongoing concerns about Jeremy’s conduct and its potential impact on Ava’s safety and well-being,” she said in court papers. Sonni headed back to court after Jeremy filed a motion in March to reduce his child support payments from $30,000 a month to $11,000! The star reported a gross income of $740,778.50 per month in 2018 but claimed the pandemic has
“shut down … work options or income from performing,” according to court documents.
Jeremy and his legal team claimed Sonni has repeatedly made false accusations in her bid to get sole custody of Ava since she left him in 2014 after ten months of marriage.
In court papers filed in
May, Jeremy, who didn’t respond to The National ENQUIRER’s request for comment, also accused Sonni of misappropriating nearly $50,000 of their daughter’s trust fund — a charge she publicly denied. Sonni said in her court filing: “I have minimal resources, almost no savings and minimal income. Jeremy … makes millions of dollars per year … and owns millions in real estate and other assets.”
