TUBBY Adam Sandler and dumpy Denzel Washington have packed on the pounds during lockdown — and now docs fear the Hollywood heavyweights may be digging their graves with a fork and spoon!

“He weighs close to 250 pounds!” spilled a source. Meanwhile, bloated Adam Sandler, 53, looked every bit the “Big Daddy” star when he was caught on camera hauling home massive bags of groceries!
“Adam’s been eating everything that isn’t nailed down!” an insider dished.
“He doesn’t give a damn about how much weight he gains!”
While a rep denied Adam’s put on weight, sources said the five-foot-ten “Water Boy” star is smashing the scales at more than 230 pounds.
“He’s got a ton of money, and he’s able to make the kinds of movies he wants — without ever having to look like a movie star!” the source squealed.
But Dr. Gabe Mirkin said Adam had better exercise more than his box office muscle!
“If he doesn’t find a way to lose that belly fat, he’s likely to suffer a heart attack!” Dr. Mirkin cautioned. On the other hand, six-footone Denzel hasn’t exactly blown up the box office in recent years — aside from his “Equalizer” action hits in 2014 and 2018. But an insider snitched, “If he doesn’t get his act together soon, there won’t be an ‘Equalizer 3’ — and his whole career may collapse under his own weight!”
Both insiders and doctors worried Denzel, who did not respond to a request for comment, is putting his health on the line.
“This kind of excess weight, along with his age, makes him a prime candidate for coronavirus infection,” said New York internist Dr. Stuart Fischer. “Visceral fat deep inside the abdomen is the source of inflammatory chemicals that promote organ damage and causes what is known as the virus’ deadly ‘cytokine storm!’ ”
Dr. Fischer warned this raging reaction by the immune system often forces COVID-19 patients aged 60-plus onto respirators.
