BATTLE WITH AMBER LEAVES HIM TAINTED NO MATTER OUTCOME
JOHNNY DEPP’S explosive libel trial with ex-wife Amber Heard has Hollywood insiders fearing no matter the outcome for the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star, his career may never get back on course!
Sources told The National ENQUIRER video and audio evidence of Johnny’s boozy, violent outbursts and images of Amber’s bruised and allegedly battered face — along with her disturbing testimony — may be too insurmountable for the fading 57-year-old actor to overcome!
“It almost doesn’t matter if he wins or loses the case,” an insider snitched.
“He’s damaged goods in the public’s eyes — and Hollywood’s eyes.”
The battling exes are in the High Court of Justice in London after Johnny sued Amber, 34, in 2019, charging she insinuated he physically abused her during their 15-month marriage.
Amber’s lawyers have submitted unflattering evidence in the case, including pictures of passedout Johnny covered in melted ice cream and a video of him trashing their kitchen and smashing a wine bottle in an apparent rage.
Under cross-examination, the actor denied Amber’s testimony that he had purposely head-butted her during a heated argument, insisting any contact was accidental.
But the court also heard a recording of the actor admitting: “I head-butted you in the f--king ... forehead.” In addition, the court saw shocking images of clumps of hair that Amber claimed Johnny had torn from her head and a pic of the words “I love you” written in blood on a mirror. Amber said Johnny had scrawled the endearment with his injured finger, which she insisted he’d severed during a physical attack on her!
Johnny copped to writing the twisted message as
“an apology” to Amber, but insisted his finger got cut when she’d allegedly thrown a bottle at him — a charge she denied.
Johnny, who did not respond to a request for comment, has also denied all of Amber’s allegations and accused the
“Aquaman” actress of being a “calculating, narcissistic sociopath,” who married him to further her career!
With all the dirty laundry that’s been aired, the insider added, “he’s going to have a tough time finding producers willing to attach his name to their projects.
“His ship may be sunk!”
