The National ENQUIRER can reveal the Norwegian-born beauty was still married when she moved in with the movie hunk! Divorce documents filed in Los Angeles showed Emma petitioned to end her marriage to model Derek Marrocco last December, citing irreconcilable differences. Meanwhile, the petite personal trainer and Dolph, who did not respond to a request for comment, went public with their romance on Jan. 20 in the Dominican Republic. But court records show the divorce judgment was only granted on May 27 — mere weeks before they announced their engagement!
Emma told The ENQUIRER: “I was officially divorced in May and separated from my former husband two years prior. It’s legal to get engaged before your divorce is final!”
