AMANDA KNOX’S NEW NIGHTMARE!
HER ROOMMATE’S KILLER GOES FREE — COULD TELL ALL
FORMER jailbird Amanda Knox’s worst nightmare is coming true, sources claimed, now that the man convicted of murdering her roommate, Meredith Kercher, is threatening to pen a tell-all book! Amanda and her thenboyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, were initially convicted of the bloody 2007 stabbing of Meredith, 21, in the women’s apartment in Perugia, Italy. Amanda, now 33, and Raffaele, maintained their innocence throughout a long, complicated appeals process and served four years in prison before an Italian court acquitted and exonerated them in 2011. They were retried and convicted again in 2014, but Italy’s highest court finally exonerated the pair in 2015 and the case against them was permanently closed.
But Rudy Guede, now 33, who was also convicted of Meredith’s murder and served
— and has been blabbing about the night of the crime, sources said. “Rudy has a lot to get off his chest about Meredith’s death,” a source said. “He says he has enough to write a book, and he may just do that.
“A lot of his story does not add up, but he still proclaims his innocence and people would still read what he has to say.”
In a 2016 TV interview, Rudy claimed Amanda, who did not respond to a request for comment, was at the murder scene, though she said she was with Raffaele that night.
Another source said: “Amanda is doing her best to move on with her life, and all this is in her past. The police investigation was bungled, and she was victimized.
The court’s decision is final.
There’s nothing more to it.”
