AILING Phil Collins was rocked by ex-wife Orianne’s betrayal, dished pals who fear the jilted star won’t make it to Christmas!
The “Easy Lover” singer, 69, was said to be shocked when it emerged 46-year-old Orianne — who he’d divorced in 2006 but reunited with a decade later — married another man in Las Vegas. Sources shared the stunning news prompted him to serve an eviction notice to get her out of his Miami home — and his life — for good!
But Orianne, who is mother to Phil’s sons Nicholas, 19, and Matthew, 15, refused to leave! A source close to Phil said: “He’s a shell of the chirpy, positive guy everyone knows and loves — because this relationship has sucked the life out of him.” The “Another Day in Paradise” hitmaker — who did not respond to a request for comment — has been further plagued by serious health issues in recent years, including a back injury and nerve damage that left him unable to play the drums. He also frequently needed a wheelchair during his 2019 Not Dead Yet tour. “This is a very sick man who needs love, compassion and no stress in his life. It’ll be a miracle if he makes it until Christmas,” the friend added.
“If his ill health doesn’t kill him, a broken heart surely will.”
