They were both successful actors and they were competitive with each other.” Sources added that their busy careers played a part in sending them their separate ways. “They really cared about each other but realized they had different paths to follow,” a source dished. Ryan married Blake Lively in 2012 and had three kids — James, 6, Inez, 4, and Betty, 1. Meanwhile, “Marriage Story” star ScarJo married French journalist Romain Dauriac in 2014 and had daughter Rose together, but were divorced by 2017 — and an insider revealed she considers that relationship a “mistake.”
“To be honest, she and her second husband never really seemed that happy together,” the insider confided, adding that Scarlett finally found real happiness when she married 38-year-old Colin Jost from “Saturday Night Live” last year.
