RUSSIAN strongman Vladimir Putin’s enemies are being tortured and maimed — with surgical precision — in dungeons far worse than any hellhole run by the old KGB!
A National ENQUIRER special report has uncovered the savagery Putin is hiding from the world, along with disturbing photos snapped inside the barbaric torture chambers!
More than 200 Ukrainian people, including civilians, are reportedly being held in the former nuclear bunkers by pro-Russian rebels, which locals in war-torn Ukraine have dubbed “The Place
Where People Disappear.” A vicious thug known as “The Maniac” reportedly uses surgeons’ tools on the prisoners, as well as a plastic pipe and hammer to inflict savage beatings.
Some prisoners have been shocked with wires attached to their genitals, had their fingers bent until they break and been beaten by former boxers. Speakers reportedly play the sounds of prisoners’ screams while inmates are forced to sleep naked on wooden pallets beneath blinding lights that blaze 24/7.
One leaked photo shows a military field telephone used to electrocute prisoners. Another shows a tiny outdoor space, covered in barbed wire, where prisoners are allowed to exercise.
Prisoners reportedly get no medical care and doctors are said to have revived passed-out victims so torture can continue.
The brutality is meant to terrorize Ukrainian loyalists and deter opposition to Putin’s policies in the Russianoccupied nation, sources claimed, and civil servant Oleksandr Grishchenko recounted being tortured after he was wrongly accused of spying by a Putin-backed henchman.
First, he was punched by a former pro boxer, then stripped naked and electrocuted before his arms were stretched and tied with cords. Then The Maniac beat him savagely with a plastic pipe and showed him the surgical instruments in a field kit, “commenting on how he would snap off my fingers, saw my hands, cut me,” Oleksandr told a news outlet. While other thugs held him down, “The Maniac started to make a surgical saw cut between the fingers of my left hand,” he said. The Maniac announced he’d torture him “as much as necessary until we get the desired result,” according to Oleksandr, who also said The Maniac beat another man to death with a hammer.
Vladimir Putin and the Russian Embassy did not respond to requests for comment.
