RICCI WINS CUSTODY – BUT IT AIN’T OVER!
CHRISTINA RICCI’S mudslinging divorce with estranged hubby James Heerdegen is still raging — but “The Addams Family” actress now has full custody of the couple’s child, court records revealed.
The pair agreed their sixyear-old son, Freddie, will travel with Christina to Vancouver, Canada, where she’s set to shoot a new movie, according to an arrangement approved by an L.A. judge.
The cinematographer is allowed to see Freddie through “regular monitored visitation time,” and
Christina will pay for his “reasonable costs for travel and accommodations,” court documents explained.
Christina, 41, filed for divorce in July 2020, and earlier this year, The National ENQUIRER reported she won a restraining order against James after accusing him of domestic violence and submitting pictures of horrifying bruises! The spooked “Sleepy Hollow” star claimed James, 42, made “pig noises” and threw oranges at her. She also maintained her spouse of seven years told her “the only way he could feel sorry for me is if I were dismembered into small pieces!”
Through his attorney, James has “unequivocally” denied her allegations of abuse, and in a since-denied restraining order request of his own, he bashed his wife as a boozy pill popper — charges Christina’s lawyer labeled “false and malicious!”
