DIANA ROSS PUSHING HERSELF TO BRINK!
DIVA Diana Ross refuses to stop in the name of love — she’s working so hard on a new album worried friends and family are urging her to slow down, sources told The National ENQUIRER!
The singing superstar, who turned 77 last month, alerted fans she has recorded 14 new songs for an album “coming soon” — her first in 15 years. But insiders said she’s throwing herself into the studio like someone a third of her age! “She’s been tinkering with it for the longest time and anyone can see the process is wearing her down,” spilled an insider. “But she can’t let it go and needs to constantly be busy to feel relevant.
“To her credit she’s in good shape — but she’s in and out of the studio and traveling coast to coast so often that she’s crazy tired all the time and her relatives are concerned!”
Diana is mom to Rhonda Ross Kendrick, 49, with producer Berry Gordy; “Blackish” actress Tracee Ellis
Ross, 48, and Chudney Ross, 45, with music exec Robert Ellis Silberstein; and Ross Naess, 33, and Evan Ross, 32, from her former marriage to Norwegian businessman Arne Naess Jr.
“Diana’s constantly fretting over her children, even though they’re grown and living their own lives, calling them all the time,” dished the insider. “She’ll probably worry about them when she’s 100 years old!”
The Motown sensation is also raring to go on tour once COVID-19 restrictions lift, added the tipster. “The fear is she’ll collapse from exhaustion. She may feel young — but the body tells a different story!” Diana did not respond to a request for comment.
