MOO JUICE FOR HEART HEALTH

-

A GLASS of milk a day keeps the doctor away! A study of nearly 2 million people in the U.S. and UK found those with a specific genetic mutation enabling them to consume large quantities of milk slashed their risk of coronary heart disease by 14 percent. Researchers also found milk drinkers have lower levels of cholesterol, which can cause blockages in the arteries and lead to a heart attack or stroke. It’s believed certain nutrients in dairy products may help protect against heart disease.
