FOUL-MOUTHED music star Kid Rock’s latest hateful public rants have industry insiders convinced he’s hellbent on taking a wrecking ball to his own career!
“He’s his own worst enemy and he doesn’t seem to be able to control himself!” a source snitched. “He’s sabotaged himself time and again with these terrible outbursts!” The “American Bad Ass” singer was recently caught on video hurling homophobic slurs at fans filming his performance at a Tennessee watering hole. Kid, 50, was heard screaming at the audience, “You f--king f----ts with your iPhones out,” and singing, “You can post this d--k right here” while gesturing to his junk at the Fishlipz Bar & Grill in Smithville.
An insider said: “These are not the kind of comments a rational adult makes.
He has to know there are ramifications for his comments — both for the people he’s insulting — and himself.”
It was just the latest public meltdown for the singer, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie.
In 2019, Kid was escorted off stage by his own security team at his Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock ’n’ Roll Steakhouse in Nashville, after the rapper lashed out at several female celebrities, including Kathie Lee Gifford and Joy Behar, with lewd and racist comments. An audience member described him as “blackout drunk” — and Kid bizarrely tried to defend his outburst before leaving the stage, saying, “I’m not the bad guy in this equation. I’m the f---in’ guy you want, like, hey, he’s pretty cool.”
Earlier that year, the country rocker struck another sour note with Nashville residents when he hung a 20-foottall neon sign shaped like a woman’s behind outside his restaurant.
City officials eventually allowed the sign to stay
despite widespread belief it would leave tourists with a vulgar impression of the city.
Kid, who did not respond to The National ENQUIRER’s request for comment, has also attacked Taylor Swift, claiming she wanted to be a Democrat “because she wants to be in movies … period.”
“And it looks like she will suck the doorknob off Hollyweird to get there,” he tweeted. “Oldest move in the book. Good luck girl.” In 2018, the “Cocky” singer — whose one-year marriage to sexpot Pamela Anderson flamed out in 2007 — was booted from his gig as grand marshal of the Nashville Christmas Parade after he called
Behar a “b---h” during a TV interview.
“Nobody can explain his pattern of self-destructive behavior. It’s inexplicable,” the source spilled. “His drinking certainly doesn’t help with his decisionmaking.
“Remember, this is a guy who performed during the Super Bowl in 2004. Last year he put out an album that barely sold! He’s going to need professional help if he wants to save his career — and his life!”
