Rehab may be just the start for accused ‘cannibal’ Armie
ACCUSED rapist Armie Hammer is freaking out in rehab, sources said, terrified that he’ll get slapped with a custodial prison sentence after he cleans up!
“It’s starting to dawn on Armie that there’s horrific evidence out there, and he’s panicking about what might come back to haunt him,” spilled an insider.
“He’s well aware a lot of his victims want him locked up for what he did and destroying his career is not enough punishment.
“He’s hoping and praying they’ll either take mercy or not have enough to hang him with, but he knows in reality he’ll be lucky to avoid jail.”
As The National ENQUIRER has reported, multiple women claimed the “Lone Ranger” star, 34, was a sexually dominating bully with cannibalistic fantasies. In March, the LAPD said they’d launched an investigation after a former galpal accused him of violently raping her.
Any charges have yet to be filed and Armie has denied any wrongdoing. If charges are brought, Armie could be arrested as he leaves treatment and booked into jail. A judge would then decide if he can be allowed to post bail and leave custody ahead of a potential trial over the charges.
The actor checked into a Florida outpatient center for drug, alcohol and sex addiction in late May after spending months hiding out in the Cayman Islands — outside of U.S. jurisdiction.
“Armie had initially hoped that by admitting he needs help and wants treatment would get him off the hook, but now that just seems delusional,” tattled the insider.
“The thought of a trial and then spending time in prison fills him with dread. “He feels he’s finished as an actor. His family is very wealthy, and they’ve got his back. They’re encouraging him not to be a wimp, but he can’t help feeling hopeless.” After the scandal erupted, Armie left two projects, the Jennifer Lopez rom-com “Shotgun Wedding” and TV series “The Offer” and was dropped by his agency, WME. Armie sent her intended for someone else. The couple wed in 2010 and have two children, Harper, 6, and Ford, 4.
“He’s depending on her for emotional support because he knows it’s going to get worse before it gets better. In spite of everything, Elizabeth is supporting Armie but it’s for their kids more than anything else,” added the insider. Elizabeth Chambers and Armie Hammer did not respond to requests for comment.
