BIDEN CRACKING UNDER PRESSURE!

Fears president, 78, can’t cope with crises confronting America

-

AMERICA’S oldest commander in chief Joe Biden has suffered a secret breakdown after cracking under the unrelenting pressures of the presidency, according to critics! The National ENQUIRER has learned Washington, D.C., insiders worry Biden’s increasingly bizarre behavior, including weird public laughing fits, verbal gaffes and forgetfulness, indicate he’s suffering from advanced dementia and taking vacations to hide his addled mental state! A top military leader blasted the 78-year-old for bungling the Afghanistan crisis and insisting his priority was quick and safe evacuations — even though videos showed images of refugees falling from planes taking off from Kabul to flee the murderous Taliban!

“Biden is delusional!” retired U.S. Army Major Gen. Paul Vallely, now chairman of the Stand Up America

U.S. Foundation, told The ENQUIRER. “He’s abandoned our allies and his own people. He’s totally incompetent and mentally diminished!”

“He needs to be removed from office!”

Florida Sen. Rick Scott said he was “disgusted” by the chaotic exit after American troops spent 20 years in Afghanistan, adding Biden had “no plan” and “was not acting in America’s best interests.”

Scott also questioned Biden’s mental state. “Incompetent! Unhinged! Incoherent! Unfit!” he tweeted.

Biden’s behavior also raised fears on Aug. 22 when he gave an update on then Tropical Storm Henri and couldn’t remember the name of the Federal Emergency Management Agency director — who had just briefed him! “There’s no one better to lead this operation than, than, umm … Deanne … uh … Criswell,” Biden mumbled — despite apparently using a teleprompter!

In yet another disturbing incident, Biden seemed to forget Defense Secretary

Lloyd Austin’s name at a White House event — calling the Pentagon chief “the guy who runs that outfit over there.” Biden also giggled like a schoolgirl when told a poll found 52 percent of Americans were “not confident” that he was physically and mentally up to the job of commander in chief!

Dr. Carole Lieberman, a California-based psychiatrist who has served as an expert court witness in determining competency, said Biden’s muddled management of everything from Afghanistan, problems at the Mexican border to the ongoing COVID crisis shows he is losing his grip mentally.

“Biden has shown signs of encroaching dementia since before he became president. It has obviously progressed since then,” Lieberman, who hasn’t treated Biden, told The ENQUIRER. “He is showing all the symptoms — whether it’s the inappropriate laughter, the diminished memory, his irritability when questioned and a bizarre lack of compassion for the stranded Americans and Afghan refugees struggling to escape the Taliban!”

What’s more, an international expert believes Biden

covers up his brain drain by escaping to the presidential retreat at Camp David — and his repeated trips have also compromised America’s security!

“These little vacations allow him to hide the signs of dementia, but they have also sent up flares to foreign enemies who recognize his absences — both mentally and physically — as opportunities to strike out at America,” international terror expert Dr. Jim Garrow told The ENQUIRER. “He completely locked up when he was needed the most, indicating a mental breakdown and lack of competency that’s left him inadequate for service of any sort, let alone leadership!” Biden’s recent stumbles signal a swift change in the Oval Office is imperative, said Gen. Vallely.

“Anyone with common sense must recognize his actions have created an imminent danger to America,” he told

The ENQUIRER. “The slipshod evacuation of Afghanistan has given new strength to antiAmerican terror groups like ISIS and Al Qaeda. It’s also emboldened Russia, Iran and China — which is likely to take advantage of the compromised president and strike out at Taiwan.”

However, Biden’s allies defend the president and insist he’s on top of his game. “Democrats are universally satisfied with their president. They think he’s kept his promises and they blame Republican obstruction for anything that he hasn’t gotten,” according to Frank Luntz, a GOP pollster who recently consulted with the White House on the pandemic response.

Though Vallely believes Biden should be replaced, he insisted the solution is not the 25th Amendment, which states the vice president becomes president in the event the president resigns, dies or is unable or unfit to carry out the duties of the office. “Vice President Kamala Harris is unfit for the job,” he said, noting a new poll found 55 percent of Americans believe she is “not qualified” to serve as president.

“She’s been invisible through all the recent crises, flip-flops when questioned, has little relevant experience and shows no leadership qualities.

“Both she and Biden need to resign for the good of the country,” which would give House Speaker Nancy Pelosi the keys to the White House.
