SEX SLEAZE SPACEY’S INBOX GOES TO COURT!
SLEAZY Kevin Spacey must fork over 45 personal emails between him and his handlers to sex assault accuser Anthony Rapp in the “Star Trek: Discovery” actor’s ongoing lawsuit against the Hollywood pariah!
A recent court order revealed Judge Lewis A. Kaplan told the “Usual Suspects” Oscar winner, 62, to cough up the correspondence chain between himself, his spin doctors and lawyers. According to the filing, the 2017 crisis management messages were triggered by an impending news story featuring Anthony’s “assertion that the defendant made a sexual advance on him in 1986
when Rapp was 14 years old.”
Lawyers for the “American Beauty” star claimed the emails fell under attorney-client privilege. But Kaplan insisted the messages were “not generated primarily for litigation,” and instead focused on salvaging Spacey’s soon-to-be wrecked reputation! However, the court agreed to redact any information deemed to be protected attorney-client communications.
The “Rent” actor, 50, filed suit against Spacey in 2020 after claiming the creep attempted to drunkenly “seduce” him in a NYC apartment decades
Following his allegations, than a dozen men accused the axed “House of Cards” villain of sexual misconduct. Amid the career-ravaging scandal,
Spacey denied all wrongdoing and came out as gay.
