PRIVILEGED California girl Meghan must think being Prince Harry’s wife gives her the right to claim ownership of a word that’s been commonly used in the English language for about 500 years!

The snooty Duchess of Sussex has applied to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark “archetypes” for the production company she shares with Harry, Archewell Audio, which has a bigbucks Spotify podcast deal. In the real world, “archetype” is used to describe something original that has been imitated, or sometimes just a typical example of something.

But Meghan, 40, wants to own it and name her first solo podcast “Archetypes,” which she says will be “where we dissect, explore, and subvert the labels that try to hold women back.”

But the royal renegade is likely to get some blowback from other companies that use the word in their names, including the skincare and cleaning products business Archetypes.

Meghan’s request follows those of other privileged persons, including Kylie Jenner, who applied to trademark the phrase “rise and shine” for a line of products. Taylor Swift has also tried to monopolize common terminolog­y found in lyrics from her “1989” album, including “the sick beat,” “nice to meet you, where you been?” and “could show you incredible things.”
