TAT’S A SLAP IN THE FACE!
NOW it’s the slap that can be WORN around the world! Will Smith’s infamous Academy Awards sneak attack on Chris Rock is getting a lot of ink — and not just in newspapers and magazines!
The notorious cheap shot has turned into a fashion trend as slap-happy Oscar fans are begging tattoo parlors to immortalize the moronic moment on their skin!
When New Jersey epidermal artist Oscar Aguilar Jr. posted a video of his arm candy on TikTok recently, it drew more than 15,000 views.
Meanwhile, across the pond in Birmingham, England, tattoo artist Jon Arton said he found it “hilarious” when customers pummeled him with requests to depict the Oscar assault on their bodies.
“I thought, let’s do it. It’s hilarious,” he says.
But not everybody is in love with the violent body shots. Critics slapped down Aguilar’s post, calling the tattoo “unnecessary,” “childish” and “so dumb.”
However, Arton, who gets big bucks for the bang, is happy to see his business punched up by the Smith slap!
“It’s a weird, interesting and crazy thing — I don’t think there’s a right or wrong side, it’s just an interesting thing some celebrities have done,” he said.
