Bubbly actress has gone flat after years out of limelight
HOLLYWOOD’S longtime golden girl Jennifer Aniston is losing her luster after selling out to make millions in endorsement deals and giving up the fame game, according to industry insiders. A Tinseltown tipster tattles, “Aniston seems frozen in time. She hasn’t changed her look or her hair since about 2000, and the things she’s famous for are well in the past.”
Even worse, the source spills, “She not going to premieres or parties. She doesn’t give away any details of her life or broadcast what she’s doing on social media. She’s starting to fade out of the public consciousness.” In recent years, the former
phenomenal success
of her megahit Friends, which ran from 1994 to 2004.
After raking in a fortune on the NBC sitcom — which is said to still earn her $20 million annually in residuals — Jen has lent her famous face to cosmetics and skin care companies, beverages and pharmaceutical giants. While sources say she’s sitting on a personal nest egg of $200 million, PR experts consulted by The National ENQUIRER believe overexposed Aniston is a waste of money for prospective new commercial partners! Isaac Mashman, founder of Mashman Ventures, explains, “Any time a celebrity or brand offers an endorsement, they give up a little bit of their equity.
The more companies they associate themselves with, the less impact they are likely to have after each deal.” Stephanie O’Quigley, PR director at LJ Public Relations, suggests businesses would get more bang out of their buck by signing a more “relevant” A-lister!
But a spy snitches The Good Girl gal is having the last laugh.
Adds the mole, “Jennifer became famous when that really meant something, an era where celebrities were fawned over.
“The whole self-obsessed, social media–driven culture we have today, where people resort to ever more exploitative and sensational tactics just to get a scrap of attention? I’m sure she’d rather be seen as a hasbeen than desperate like that.”
