third wheel!
“People have noticed the way she lights up whenever Patrick’s around. The chemistry they have is palpable — unlike the frosty interaction with her husband,” spills an insider.
“Patrick’s always been warm and gracious toward her, and that’s something Charlene needs now more
than ever.”
As National ENQUIRER readers know, the palace claims Charlene spent most of 2021 in her native South Africa due to health concerns and was treated at a Swiss clinic for exhaustion.
The insider squeals, “Charlene was so stiff when she first resumed public life with Albert, but she’s clearly enchanted with Patrick.” However, the Hollywood hunk, who played Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd for 11 years on Grey’s, has been happily hitched to Jillian Fink, 56, for 23 years!
Still, Charlene and Patrick have hit it off so well, the insider confides, “They’re talking about organizing a charity together!”
