REPUGNANT radio conspiracy theorist Alex Jones finally admitted the Sandy Hook school massacre he branded a hoax was “100 percent real!”
The admission came during the $150 million defamation trial sparked by the parents of six-year-old Jesse Lewis, who was one of the 26 children and staff massacred by a deranged gunman at the Newtown, Conn., elementary school in December 2012.
Still, the shameless InfoWars blowhard insists he “truly meant it,” declared the massacre a hoax — and blamed being “under tremendous pressure” at the time of his lies. But Jesse’s parents, Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, say Jones, 48, needs to be held accountable for repeatedly promoting the outlandish conspiracy theory and are seeking financial damages.
At one point, Jones testified he had no text messages about Sandy Hook on his phone. But lawyer Mark Bankston produced staggering evidence proving the dirtbag was lying through his teeth!
Bankston stunned Jones by asking if he knew his lawyers had “accidentally” sent him “every text message you’ve sent for the past two years and did not take any steps to identify it as privileged, or protected in any way?”
Jones sheepishly replied: “This is your Perry Mason moment. If I was mistaken, I was mistaken. You’ve got the text messages right there.”
