DIZZY Demi Lovato has jumped off the nonbinary bandwagon!
The Sorry Not Sorry singer — who last year said she was so “fluid” in her sexuality that she wished to be known as they/them— is now back to being just she and her!
Lovato explains that a year ago, she wanted balance in her “masculine and feminine energy.” “When I was faced with the choice of walking into a bathroom and it said ‘women’ and ‘men,’ I didn’t feel like there was a bathroom for me because I didn’t feel necessarily like a woman,” she explains. “I didn’t feel like a man. I just felt like a human.” But now she’s convinced she KNOWS which restroom to go to!
“Recently, I’ve been feeling more feminine, and so I’ve adopted ‘she/her’ again. But I think what’s important is, like, nobody’s perfect!”
