THE so-called First Lady of Wrestling was the sport’s version of Jackie O, wearing elaborate gowns into the ring while radiating sophistication. But her real-life romance with Lex Luger led to tragedy, when she died of “acute toxicity” after a night of pill-popping and vodka. “I’ll never forget,” says Lex in recounting the details of that tragic night in 2003. “I saw that her eyes were completely dilated, and right away, I knew something was really bad … You never know how dangerous drugs are. They’re like Russian roulette.”
