CONJOINED TWINS HAVE ONE GOAL – FINDING A MAN!
Reality stars with two heads have learned to share almost everything
MIRACULOUS conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel, 32, defied the odds by living to adulthood. Now insiders snitch the former reality stars have new goals — marriage and babies!
“Much like any other young women, Abby and Brittany want to fall in love and have families,” dishes a source. The rare dicephalic parapagus twins, whose two heads share one body, starred in TLC’s Abby & Brittany, which documented their lives and graduation from Bethel University in 2012.
Despite their condition, pals say the sisters have done their best to live normal lives.
The extraordinary gals share one torso, one bladder and one set of reproductive organs — but have two breasts, three kidneys and two spines, which allow Abby to control their right arm and leg, while Brittany is in charge of their left limbs.
“Their parents had no idea what they would be capable of,” confides the source.
“But they expected them to do everything, and if they couldn’t, so be it. As a result, the twins have accomplished more than anyone ever imagined!”
Through cooperation and determination, Abby and Brittany participated in sports and learned how to ride a bike, play the piano and drive a car — with each woman earning her own driver’s license! teaching fifth grade classes at Sunnyside Elementary School in New Brighton, Minn.
“The school has quite a few special needs kids, and the girls are a real inspiration to them,” says the source.
But according to the tipster, the sisters’ lives would be even more fulfilling if they found love!
“The girls are very different from each other, so they like very different types of men,” gabs the spy.
“They realize it would take someone special to fall in love with conjoined twins, but they have not lost hope their special guys are out there.”
