The Baby crooner, 28, pulled the plug on all his remaining tour dates through 2023 as he battles the devastating symptoms of Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which can cause permanent facial paralysis and hearing loss.

Now sources say he and his wife of four years, Hailey, 25, are seriously considering leaving La La Land.

“Justin has done a ton of self-reflection since he got sick, and while he’s doing all he can to get back on stage, there’s no way he’s taking any risks,” dishes an insider.

“He has Hailey’s unconditional support and loyalty, and Canada is a logical place for him, with his family by his side 24/7 and no Hollywood b.s. to get in the way!”
