BALDWIN’S NEW WOES AS LAWMEN TIGHTEN NOOSE
BELEAGUERED actor Alec Baldwin steadfastly refuses to accept responsibility for the tragic death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film Rust over a year ago, but insiders say cops are building an airtight case against him! “They only want to ensure that all other theories such as gun sabotage or malfunction are eliminated,” explains private investigator Jason K. Jensen, who has no direct role in the case. “When they know they have the case against
him sewn up, they will turn it over to the district attorney to ensure they can put him behind bars.”
The Santa Fe District Attorney’s office sounds focused on making Baldwin, 64, pay for his actions.
“No one is above the law, and every victim deserves justice,” D.A. Mary CarmackAltwies says in a statement, adding the prosecution “remains committed to pursuing justice for the victims.”
As The National ENQUIRER reported, Baldwin insists he never pulled the trigger before a bullet tore through the 42-year-old mom’s chest and that its safety was not his responsibility. But a bombshell FBI forensic report concludes his claim is impossible! According to a settlement agreement between Baldwin, Rust producers and the Hutchins family, her husband, Matthew, will now serve as an executive producer on the film and get a portion of the profits.
