SUSSEX STAFFERS SHOVE THEIR JOBS!
FRUSTRATED staffers are fleeing Harry and Meghan’s flailing Archewell company like rats jumping off a sinking ship!
The headline-hungry duo has reportedly lost a whopping 16 members of their team since 2018, including Meghan’s Archetypes podcast producer Rebecca Sananès after just one season.
Even Archewell president and chief operating officer Mandana Dayani stepped down in December 2022 — less than 18 months after being hired. That move led the spotlight-crazed pair to announce their plans to take the “full lead” of company operations.
The hits keep coming as Academy Award–nominated producer Ben Browning, the current head of content and audio at Archewell, has announced plans to leave later this year. Browning was the creative force behind the company’s only winner, the 2022 Netflix documentary series Harry & Meghan. Meanwhile, marketing chief Fara Taylor — a former Sony exec — says she’s set to “transition out of her role” at Archewell, too.
The company has been struggling to produce quality work, industry insiders squeal.
A recent series about inspirational leaders was blasted as “motivational gloop” by critics. And Pearl, an animated series created by Meghan, was scrapped by Netflix while still in development!
Meanwhile, the departing employees are tight-lipped about their decisions, but sources speculate controversy over the documentary and Harry’s memoir, Spare, may have played a role.
While Meghan has repeatedly denied past accusations of bullying employees, one insider insists the current turnover is due to Archewell’s growing pains as a start-up “in a lot of ways.”
