SEA MONSTER KILLS TOURIST – ON CAMERA!
Severed leg was dangling by strip of skin when he reached the shore
TEXAN Marlene Luviano’s fun-filled family vacation in Mexico took a tragic turn when a relative inadvertently recorded another tourist being savagely ripped to shreds by a sea monster!
Now, in an exclusive interview, the Dallas real estate expert shares her harrowing story with The National ENQUIRER, detailing how she was captured on video frolicking with her toddler at Zihuatanejo’s Quieta Beach when frantic Joseph Bynens, 76, began flailing in the water behind them!
“In the beginning, we didn’t realize he had been attacked, so it was just confusing to look over and see him waving for help — especially because he was holding on to his buoy to swim and he wasn’t very far off the shore,” Marlene says.
“The attack was captured by mistake on the video, and it lasted like three, four seconds.” But that was enough time for the razor-toothed predator to chew off most of the Belgian’s leg! Marlene, who switched off the camera as soon as she realized something was wrong, witnessed a security guard immediately call for aid and saw a rescue boat rush to the scene. “Everything happened so fast,” recalls the rattled mom. “I’m pregnant, but even if I didn’t have my baby or if I wasn’t pregnant, there was nothing I could do. “Even if he was just drowning, I couldn’t swim there and save him. I don’t have that training.” Marlene disturbingly reveals, “When they pulled the guy out, his leg was dangling by a piece of tissue. That was the reality. And there was no blood anymore.”
Authorities determined Bynens died of excessive blood loss, while his female companion — who was also bitten — survived and was treated at a hospital. Lawmen have since deployed drones to search the sea for the monster, which they suspect was a shark — or a crocodile from a nearby farm!
Mayor Jorge
Sánchez Allec explains a bacteriological analysis of the bites will help determine which monster is responsible. However, the deadly incident occurred about two weeks after a 26-year-old local died from a similar shark bite to the leg — just 300 miles north in Jalisco!
Meanwhile, brave Marlene says she won’t let Bynens’ disturbing death stop her from returning to the area!
