Secret eating disorder linked to future queen’s ovarian cancer surgery

Now Prince William’s 42-year-old wife, who has vanished from the public eye, is in therapy for her binge-and-purge disease as she receives radiation and chemo for cancer.

The future Queen of England was whisked to the ultraprivate London Clinic in January after wasting away to a wraithlike 109 pounds, say sources in the royal inner circle, who add her doctors discovered acid damage to her throat, sinus cavity and stomach — a sign of repeated vomiting.
While doing routine tests to repair some of the damage with surgery, doctors discovered ovarian cancer, leading to hours of grueling abdominal surgery on Jan. 16! The two dire conditions may be related.
“Acid leakage to the esophagus can lead to damage to the upper gastrointestinal tract and cause the rapid regeneration of tissue, which is how many cancers begin,” New York–based internist Dr. Stuart Fischer tells The ENQUIRER. According to sources, the royal family has covered up Kate’s ongoing weight struggles, which included efforts to keep a tight lid on the issues surrounding her admittance to the clinic.

“There have been times when Kate feels like her life is out of control, thanks to Meghan, and that’s made her eating disorder worse,” fumes a royal insider.
Exacerbating the problem, the royals are known to be unsympathetic toward mental health issues. The ENQUIRER’s palace spies say it was only when Kate’s weight loss became so severe, members of The Firm knew they had to do something — but do it quietly.
“They’ve done everything possible in an effort to keep this issue from the prying public,” confides the insider. “Kate has struggled with body image issues her entire life and has gone to extreme and dangerous lengths to keep her weight down. She couldn’t hide the truth from her doctors or her family this time.”
Kate’s alarming cancer diagnosis led the royal family to circle the wagons even tighter around the princess. Kate has not made a single appearance after attending church with William, 41, and their children — George,
10, Charlotte, 8, and Louis, 5 — on Christmas. She has not been seen at all since being released from the clinic Jan. 29 after spending two weeks there, with the royals giving no details on her ailments.
“If this had simply been a straightforward illness, the royals would have handled it the same way they did with King Charles’ cancer diagnosis and announced the issue,” notes the courtier. “But there is a stigma to this — a feeling she brought it on herself — and they want to sweep it under the rug as best they can.”
In another sign of the severity of Kate’s condition, there haven’t been any images of the princess recovering at home with her kids — a typical palace PR ploy to show the public she is on the road to recovery. However, the monarchy officially maintains the Princess of Wales does
not have cancer while hinting she’s well down the road to recovery.
“Kate has been in full lockdown to hide her appearance while she receives intensive physical rehab and psychotherapy,” dishes the courtier. “She’s literally learning how to eat again.”
Complicating her recovery is her frightening cancer battle. Combined with her struggle to gain weight, it all may be too much for the frail princess to overcome.
“It’s really difficult trying to put on weight while going through cancer and its treatments,” explains a second palace insider. “That’s a pretty difficult combination to beat. There are real fears Kate may not be strong enough to win this fight!”
