DEATH RISK FOR TYSON!

One punch could pulverize him in mismatched prizefight

-

GRIZZLED former boxing behemoth Mike Tyson has stunned the sports world by signing for a fight at nearly 60 — and medical professionals say he’s taking his life in his hands trading punches with someone 30 years his junior!

Shocked doctors believe 57-year-old Iron Mike — who officially ended his career in 2005 — is risking “mortal injury” by fighting 27-yearold Jake Paul, a YouTuber turned boxer who has racked up an impressive 9-1 record. One doc who hasn’t treated the former champ fears a single punch could send him down for the count for good! “It’s specifically because of his age,” says Dr. Gabe Mirkin, a Florida-based physician.

“With aging, the number of plaques in the arteries increases,” he explains. “The cause of most heart attacks and strokes is when that plaque breaks off, causing bleeding and clotting that completely cuts off all blood flow through the artery.

“With every punch, the risk of one breaking free rises — and he could suffer a fatal blow!”

Tyson, who was the undisputed world heavyweight champ from 1987 to 1990, last fought in an exhibition match four years ago against fellow former champ Roy Jones Jr., who is two years younger — and that ended in a draw.

Mirkin urges the geriatric giant to call off the fight — before it’s too late! “If I were Mike Tyson, I would recognize that my fighting days are long in the rear-view mirror and would focus instead on more age-appropriate pursuits!”
